What does Cappadocia mean?

Cappadocia means land of Beautiful Horses. Why?

It has been believed that during the medieval period, this place was used to breed horses and other animals. Persians used to collect horses from this area as taxes. Every time after Persians came to this area they started to call today's Cappadocia as "Katpatuka" which meant "land of Beautiful Horses".
